Jill's Personal Profile
Jill was our first show dog. When she was just twelve weeks
old we took her to her first puppy match. She chewed on her leash and pee-peed in the ring and got a Group One despite
her antics. We were hooked on dog shows from that day. With Jill we learned a lot, experimented a little and made
myriad mistakes in conformation, obedience and agility. Fortunately for us, Jill has endless enthusiasm, a great
sense of humor and she suffers fools like a champ.
After a two year respite from the show circuit, Jill has
re-entered the ring for obedience competition and is working toward her advanced Companion Dog title (CDX). She
is smart, perky and so darned cute it’s impossible not to smile even when she’s doing something as mundane as healing.
A quick check of her pedigree and photo will confirm that
Jill is a purebred Dalmatian, but get her anywhere near water and she turns into “Aqua Dog.” Pools, ponds, fountains,
sprinklers and mud puddles attract her like ants to a picnic. In addition to swimming, Jill enjoys bird hunting,
trotting next her mom’s bike, and relaxing in front of the fireplace on a chilly winter’s night.
